Trouble of the very worst sort, I imagine - rabbit holes are rarely filled with peaches and cream, I'm afraid. There always seems to be a rotten apple somewhere at the core.

Sorry. I'm trying to figure out if there's a common theme. So far I just know they at least pretend to be personal and a lot of them mention a 'him.'

[It was certainly personal in Alice's case, she was indirectly responsible for the Red Queen's banishment and while she's fully certain the woman deserved that moreso than death, it doesn't mean Alice doesn't occasionally feel a bit down about it all.]

I do recall a mention of a him. [Sorry Marco, she won't be going into those personal details, she doesn't know you well enough. Kevas or Malkus will likely be the only ones able to glean that sort of information from the girl.]

...but I didn't look up at the sky until the bird flew away, so I guess I'm not sure when the stars went out.
